Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING
We offer shipping to any address within the Mexican Republic, provided the location is accessible. If we determine your address to be "unreachable" or difficult to access, our customer service team will contact you to discuss further steps.
When you purchase four or more of our wines, shipping is FREE to any location in Mexico. For orders of three bottles or fewer, the shipping cost is $250.00 MXN.
In the Monterrey and Mexico City metropolitan areas, deliveries will be made within 1 to 3 business days by one of our team members. You will receive a confirmation email from our team with an estimated delivery date.
For the rest of Mexico, shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Products shipped to other parts of the country will be delivered by a courier service we regularly work with. You will receive a confirmation email from our team with a tracking number to monitor your order.
The delivery timeline provided is an estimate and begins upon payment confirmation. This timeline may change due to logistical reasons or force majeure. Should any unforeseen event or force majeure delay your delivery, a member of our team will contact you. If you do not receive your order within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at enjambre@dominiodelasabejas.com. Our service hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We recommend checking the integrity of your received products at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with any of our products or services, please contact us at the aforementioned email and service hours.
RETURNS
You may return the purchased product under the following circumstances:
a) If the order does not match the items listed on the purchase order.
b) If the order arrives in poor condition (broken, damaged, or opened).
If either of these situations occurs, please email us at enjambre@dominiodelasabejas.com upon receiving your order with photographic evidence (photo of the shipping label, the product inside the box, and the products outside the packaging). The more photos, the better, so we can address the issue and arrange for product replacement or refund as appropriate.
If you request a return for reasons not mentioned above, you will need to cover the return shipping costs to our warehouse. If your return falls under the aforementioned cases, we will cover the shipping costs for replacement and delivery.
